Buenas!

Most people kmow i´ve been robbed and lost my camera, so there won´t be many pictures on this blog in the future. I hope to get some of other travellers.

I spent about a week in Bogota waiting for a new passport but mistakes in the embassy and my hometown made it taking more time. So i went to Medellin, a lovely city in the north of Columbia.
First day i was here a TV show picked me up to host and moderate a show for kids in spanish and english. We went to a canoping site with the 2nd largest run (1km) and two cameramen filmed me all the time and i gave interviews and talked to locals. It is a natural reserve area and the owner explained all the things around. Pretty much fun! I should become an actor...

The other days i´ve been partying a lot, many nice girls and guys around here but soon i´ll go to Ecuador and see some more stuff.

Oh wie schoen ist Panama...

...oder wie bekommt man ne bakterielle Infektion wieder aus dem Bein? Leider hatte ich einen Surfunfall und hab mir am Riff mein bein an ein paar Stellen aufgekratzt. Ich natuerlich immer wieder ins Wasser rein und die Wunde ist halt nicht geheilt. Und am ersten tag ohne Salzwasser haben sich die Wunden entzuendet so dass ich am naechsten Morgen kaum noch mein Bein bewegen konnte, echt kein schoenes Gefuehl. Also dann erst mal ins Krankenhaus, Doktor, zwei Spritzen in den Allerwertesten und Medizin all incl. 10 Dollar! Das ist mal nen Preis! Mittlerweile geht´s mir wieder gut, Alkohol desinfiziert ja auch von innen und toetet auch die letzten Bakterien. Hier ein paar Bilder der letzten Tage in Bocas del Toro.

many of you won't believe it but i started doing yoga! First time was really hard for the muscles, bc it was power yoga but i'll keep on trying...and in this beautiful sorounding it was a pleasure...with a awesome view over the bay and sunset.
